Our custom zines are super popular, and the Tabling Crew has a number of events coming up where we expect to distribute over 1,000 zines to raise awareness about the urgency of protecting Home Rule. Join Ward 4 for an easy and fun evening of folding zines together. Hang with fellow Free DC members and help supply all our outreach!

A zine is a small booklet made out of one folded and cut piece of paper. They are designed to help disseminate important information in a simple, easy to read manner and they are a big part of Free DC's outreach efforts!

No zine-folding experience required! Feel free to bring a pair of scissors if you can.

BONUS: our host for this social has an amazing craft space! We'll also be making Free DC paperweights for the tabling kits and you can supplement your zine-folding with painting, drawing, and more!

Merry Pin is located a 15-20 minute walk from the Takoma Metro on the Red line and is convenient to several bus lines.
