June Campaign Orientation, online
Interested in this effort and want to learn more about how you can be part of it? Join our upcoming online Campaign Orientation on Wednesday June 25 on Zoom.
An Introduction to Anti-Racist Organizing
Across movements, the coalitions that win are ones that organize across race and class. For most of us this does not come automatically. The racism and classism that are embedded in our social lives — which make us more likely to socialize with people who are like ourselves — will hold back our organizing if we do not actively and intentionally work to counteract them.
On Saturday, June 28, the entire Free DC community is encouraged to join us for An Introduction to Anti-Racist Organizing, an interactive training.
This training will take place in person. Location details to be announced.

As attacks on federal workers, our jobs and livelihoods, and the communities we work for continue, we need all hands on deck to fight back! Through this evening of empowerment and organizing, we will build deeper relationships among federal union locals, connect with unorganized federal workers across different agencies, create a network of support among our public sector worker siblings, and continue to grow our movement in defense of US democracy.
