Hosted by U Street Main Street, the U Street Neighborhood Association, and Long Live GoGo, this annual celebration honors freedom, culture, and community through music, recreation, arts, and civic engagement in the heart of DC's historic Black Broadway corridor rooted in the fight for DC Statehood.

Free DC will be tabling alongside several local organizations.

There will be food and games for youth, including a basketball tournament. There will be also be special musical performances.
