Economic boycotts are a time-tested tool communities can use to hold powerful entities accountable. Just as importantly, we can also redirect our money toward businesses that share our values.

Local Business for a Free DC is a program to build support for and among local businesses that support DC Home Rule and oppose federal attacks on our communities

This one is time to get to know each other! We'll have zines to fold (Free DC Shopping Guide) to help spread the word about the Local Businesses for a Free DC campaign. We'll also have thank you notes for newly signed businesses for you to write up while you chat with neighbors about your regular spots and how to get them involved with Free DC.

Now that the weather's turning, but before it gets tooooo hot, let's unleash this People Power!
