At the Senate hearing last week on whether former Fox News host Jeanine Pirro should be the next U.S. Attorney for DC, Committee Chair Chuck Grassley ignored the rules for debate so blatantly that Democrat members of the committee got up and walked out.

As a result, Pirro's nomination did not advance and the Committee now has to hold the same hearing again. That means our window to block this horrible nomination is still open.
