Join Free DC's DC Local Government working group as we prepare for Council's first hearing next Thursday on permanent bills to provide some semblance of transparency, accountability, and protection when MPD works with federal agents.

We'll begin by recapping the 3 bills under consideration, why they are important, and how we're asking people to show up to the hearing and demand NO COOPERATION WITH THE OCCUPATION.

We'll then give a "Testimony 101" primer and spend some time workshopping written testimonies together.
