Due to the government shutdown, we’ve pivoted from an in-person lobby day at the Capitol to a virtual “family meeting” where we will give updates on what’s going on in Congress, current threats to DC’s youth and public education, how you can get involved and better understand the rights we all have with almost two months of living under the surge of federal law enforcement.

We’re keeping that Recess at the Capitol energy going with a virtual family meeting full of play, power, and purpose.
