H.R. 7 / S. 186 - the No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act of 2025, which would codify the Hyde Amendment and prohibit the use of federal or DC funds to pay for abortions or for health coverage that includes abortion.

H.R. 884 / S. 2636, which would disenfranchise noncitizen DC residents from voting in local elections and repeal the Local Resident Voting Rights Amendment Act of 2022.

H.R. 1089 / S. 440 - the Bringing Oversight to Washington and Safety to Every Resident (BOWSER) Act, which would completely repeal Home Rule.

H.R. 2056 / S. 1522 - the District of Columbia Federal Immigration Compliance Act, which would undo DC’s Sanctuary Values Amendment Act.

H.R. 2096 - the Protecting Our Nation’s Capital Emergency Act of 2025, which would allow the DC police union to protect officers from discipline.

H.R. 4519 / S. 2565 - the District of Columbia Sister City Integrity Act, which would prohibit DC from entering into Sister City relationships with jurisdictions located in “foreign adversary countries.”

H.R. 4670 / S. 2404, which would subject emergency legislation enacted by the District of Columbia Council to expedited Congressional disapproval procedures.

H.R. 4922 / S. 2686 - the DC Criminal Reforms to Immediately Make Everyone Safe (CRIMES) Act of 2025, which would restrict DC’s power over criminal sentencing laws, particularly around youth sentencing. 

H.R. 5103 / S. 2748 - the Make the District of Columbia Safe and Beautiful Act of 2025, which would make permanent the DC Safe and Beautiful Task Force established by Trump via Executive Order. 

H.R. 5107 / S. 2687 - the Common-Sense Law Enforcement and Accountability Now in DC (CLEAN DC) Act of 2025, which would repeal DC’s Comprehensive Policing and Justice Reform Amendment Act of 2022.

H.R. 5125 / S. 2854 - the District of Columbia Judicial Nominations Reform Act of 2025, which would abolish the DC Judicial Nomination Commission and grant the president sole authority to nominate DC judges.

H.R. 5140, which would lower the age at which a minor may be tried as an adult for certain criminal offenses to 14 years of age.

H.R. 5143 - the District of Columbia Policing Protection Act of 2025, which would enable dangerous high speed vehicular pursuits by law enforcement in DC.

H.R. 5163 / S. 2517 - the Clean and Managed Public Spaces Act, which would make it illegal to camp on public property in DC, essentially criminalizing homelessness.

H.R. 5172 - the Strong Sentences for Safer D.C. Streets Act of 2025, which would increase or establish mandatory minimum sentences for a number of offenses.

H.R. 5179 - the District of Columbia Attorney General Appointment Reform Act of 2025, which would remove DC’s elected Attorney General and grant the president sole authority to nominate a replacement.

H.R. 5181 / S. 3710 - the SOAR Act Improvements Act, which would reduce funding to DC public schools in order to expand a federal voucher program.

H.R. 5183 - the District of Columbia Home Rule Improvement Act, which would upend DC’s local legislative process by requiring a 60-day Congressional review period for all legislation and allow a line-item veto, among other changes.

H.R. 5214 / S. 2706 - the District of Columbia Cash Bail Reform Act, which would increase pre-trial detention and require cash bail for a range of alleged offenses.

H.R. 5242 / S. 2815 - the Just Incarceration of Criminal Elements (JUSTICE) in DC Act, which would repeal DC’s Incarceration Reduction Amendment Act of 2016 and DC’s Second Chance Amendment Act of 2022.

H.R. 5474 - the No DEI in DC Act, which would prohibit the DC government from engaging in practices promoting diversity, equity, or inclusion.

H.R. 5483 / S. 2907 - the Chloe Cole Act, which would prohibit gender-affirming care for children in DC.

H.R. 5525 - the Stop DC CAMERA Act, which would repeal the authority of DC to use automated traffic enforcement systems and to erect signage prohibiting right turns at a red traffic signal.

H.R. 5815 - the District of Columbia Medicaid Fairness Act, which would reduce DC FMAP from 70 to 50 percent.

H.R. 6372 / S. 3327- the DC Shield Law Repeal Act, which would repeal the DC Human Rights Sanctuary Amendment Act of 2022 that protects reproductive freedom and bodily autonomy.

H.R. 6494 - Territories Health Equity Act of 2025, which would allow residents of U.S. territories who are unable to obtain health insurance through their employer or a health insurance exchange to instead obtain coverage that is at least as broad as the coverage available to Members of Congress and their staff through the District of Columbia exchange.

H.R. 6578/S. 2998 - the Charlie Kirk Freedom of Speech Plaza Act, which would rename former Black Lives Matter Plaza for Charlie Kirk.

H.R. 7068 - the No Convicts Running the Capital Act, which would prohibit DC from hiring or contracting with returning citizens.

H.R. 7196, which would amend the District of Columbia Home Rule Act to prohibit the Council of the District of Columbia from enacting any law to permit euthanasia and assisted suicide in the District of Columbia, and for other purposes.

H.R. 7898 - the National Guard Protective Zone Act, which would create a criminal penalty for interfering with a 15-foot "posted protective zone" for NG troops.

H.R. 8297 - the District of Columbia Firearm Freedom Act, which would establish permitless carry in DC, disallow assault weapon bans and other restrictions based on firearm type, and allow DC residents to purchase weapons in MD and VA as if they were state residents.

H.R. 8455 - the Make DC Square Again Act, which would undo the retrocession of Arlington County and the City of Alexandria from DC to Virginia.

H.R. 8485 - the No Rogue Jurors Act, which would prohibit the provision of federal funds to organizations that promote jury nullification.

H.R. 8801 - the DC Rejecting Oppressive Automotive Driving Surcharges (ROADS) Act, which would prohibit DC from imposing congestion tolls.

H.R. 9720 - the DC Taxing Authority Review Act, which would require affirmative Congressional approval  within 60 days for any DC bill related to taxation, fees, or licensing to become law.

H.R. 9775 - the Concealed Crime Prevention Act, which would provide for enhanced penalties for wearing a ski mask while committing a criminal offense in the District of Columbia, and for other purposes.

H.R. 10067 / S. 5274 - the Ride in Freedom Act, which would prohibit DC from requiring a person to wear a protective helmet to operate, or ride on, a motorcycle or motor-driven cycle.

H.R. 10098, which would provide for the imposition of the death penalty for certain crimes committed in the District of Columbia, and for other purposes.

S. 2998, which would  designate the area of H Street NW between Connecticut Avenue NW and Vermont Avenue NW as "Charlie Kirk Patriot Way."

S. 5147 - the Promoting Loyalty, Engagement, Duty, and Gratitude in Education (PLEDGE) Act, which would require DC schools to display the flag in each classroom and students to recite the pledge of allegiance daily.
